BFP
I told a friend weeks ago that I would test on Saturday, September 6 if my period hadn't come.
We were out of town last weekend, so I didn't get a chance.
So Sunday afternoon, after we returned home, I went upstairs, found a test (I bought a box of 3 and there were 2 left) and took it.
I saw it almost immediately.
A BFP. (big, fat positive)
I was in shock. We hadn't timed things very well this cycle. I had even stopped temping and charting.
But there it was, clear as day. A big, fat cross that meant a BFP.
I went downstairs to show Duncan. I couldn't hide a huge smile. I held forth the test and he looked at it and then back up at me with a happy smile and huge, suprised eyes.
"I didn't even know you were doing it!" he said. Then, "What does that mean?!"
I handed him the instructions that show clearly what a cross means (not realizing it showed it on the actual test).
We just grinned at each other. Then hugged. Rachel was oblivious.
